Bilingual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) 2026–2027 School Year | Lake Villa, IL | Up to $70/hour Ampersand Therapy is hiring a passionate Bilingual School Speech-Language Pathologist for the remainder of the upcoming 2026–2027 school year in Lake Villa, IL. Requirements

• Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP
• Bilingual, can evaluate and treat in Spanish
• Strong skills in speech and language assessment and intervention
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Preferred to have ESL endorsement

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions
• Prepare and participate in IEP meetings
• Complete and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with school special education teams and attend staff meetings
