The work schedule is between 9 am and 9 pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules provided two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them achieve their goals.
