This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who will be at the center of customer interaction, creating meaningful connections through personalized sales expertise. The primary goal is to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The consultant will employ a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, with monthly seniority-based schedules available two weeks in advance. It is a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and openness to change to keep up with evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them succeed. Bilingual Spanish and English speakers may receive additional starting pay.
