About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, focusing on creating meaningful connections with customers and achieving sales targets. Consultants will utilize a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through options for AT&T's full suite of products and services, including the latest devices. The position also involves community engagement through events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. Training and coaching are provided to help consultants meet and exceed goals, even for those without prior sales experience. The role offers uncapped commission opportunities in addition to an hourly wage.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
