About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant who will be at the center of customer interaction, creating meaningful connections and providing personalized sales expertise. The consultant will be responsible for meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and personalized services. The position involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Bilingual Spanish and English speakers may receive additional starting pay. The company provides tools, training, and coaching to help new consultants meet and exceed their goals.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
