About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant role involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise to meet sales targets and earn commission. Consultants will leverage AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. The position requires a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and openness to change to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Bilingual Spanish and English speakers are specifically sought and may receive additional starting pay.

Requirements

Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
Be flexible and open to change
