This role requires, daily, a mix of high-quality personal engagement with families and other team members on the phone, in person, and through email. The New Patient Coordinator serves as a patient/family care advocate for the practice and reports to the New Patient Coordinator Lead and Junior Lead, and in their absence, the Operations Director.
