About The Position

Join an elite group of sales professionals at AT&T, delivering customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home. Field Sales Representatives are driven to connect, using every interaction as an opportunity to introduce the latest technology and services and achieve sales goals. The role offers uncapped commission potential, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000. New Field Sales Representatives can expect to earn between $61,800 to $100,000, including salary and uncapped commission opportunities, depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training, provided sales goals are met or exceeded. You will serve as the face and voice of AT&T, working independently to provide personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments. Responsibilities include closing deals through hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions, ensuring customers remain connected to what matters most.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
  • Bilingual Spanish

Responsibilities
