About The Position

Field Sales Representatives at AT&T provide customized, white glove experiences directly in the customer’s home, introducing the latest technology and services. They are driven to achieve sales goals and benefit from uncapped commission potential, with top earners having the opportunity to make $100,000. New representatives can expect to earn between $41,800-$53,530 in salary, plus $20,000-$100,000 in uncapped commission, with individual starting salary depending on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training. The role involves working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments provided by AT&T. Responsibilities include offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected. The position starts with paid training, followed by ongoing coaching, mentoring, and learning opportunities. Representatives connect with existing customers daily, utilizing strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close sales.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience
  • Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
  • Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Be ready to drive
  • Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline –this includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record
  • Bilingual Spanish
