As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive new business and expand market share by promoting and selling auto insurance products within a designated territory. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with agents, increasing brand awareness, and contributing to company growth.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
  • Experience: 2+ years in field sales or marketing, preferably in auto insurance or financial services.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Florida’s insurance market and agency sales experience is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical abilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Licensing: Valid Florida driver’s license; Florida state insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

  • Building rapport with agents to achieve profitable business growth.
  • Expanding the agency sales force within Florida.
  • Supporting agents with technical assistance and performance reviews.
  • Developing new and enhancing existing agent relationships to meet sales goals.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement strategies and optimize product offerings.
  • Analyzing market & sales trends and identifying opportunities for business growth.
  • Representing Responsive at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
