About The Position

Providing instruction in literacy, math, and other content areas to elementary students. Using data to guide and effectively differentiate instruction. Incorporating feedback from school leaders, colleagues, students, and professional development sessions to learn and grow. Building relationships with students and parents to ensure a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment. Performing other duties as assigned to best support the School mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in elementary education or related field.
• Alignment with mission and values.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Valid Michigan Teacher Certificate with elementary endorsement (or willingness to enroll in the program).

Nice To Haves

• Previous successful elementary teaching experience in an urban setting is preferred.
