We’re looking for a driven and empathetic Loyalty Services Representative to help retain policyholders and provide exceptional service. If you enjoy problem-solving and guiding customers toward better decisions, this role is for you! What You’ll Do Handle inbound & outbound calls from policyholders looking to cancel Retain 22%+ of policies by explaining benefits and offering alternatives Manage up to 40 calls/day (10‑minute average) Assist with billing, premium collections, and basic policy/claims questions Enter data accurately across multiple systems Meet performance targets for quality, handle time & retention
