About The Position

Start Your Career in Customer Loyalty – Retention Specialist! Schedule: Flexible within 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM CDT Are you great at connecting with people and turning challenges into opportunities? Join our team as a Loyalty Services Representative and help policyholders see the value in staying with us! What You’ll Do: Be the first point of contact for policyholders considering cancellation. Retain 22% of policies by showcasing benefits and offering solutions. Handle up to 40 calls a day (average 10 minutes each) with empathy and professionalism. Use your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and keep customers happy. Grow your career—start in retention and work your way into other sales roles! What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and critical thinking skills. Previous call center or retention experience preferred. Sales experience and insurance license? That’s a plus!
