About The Position

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Bilingual Customer Account Specialist to strengthen our customer relationships and ensure an exceptional service experience. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing product insights, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating closely with our outside sales team. Requirements

Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese AND English
Previous customer service experience
Ability to consistently meet service and delivery deadlines
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities in a fast‑paced work environment
Experience working with CRM and ERP systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem‑solving capabilities
Effective time management skills

Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

Respond to and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently by collaborating with internal teams.
Provide product information, support, and recommendations to customers and Territory Sales Managers.
Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify potential service concerns.
Troubleshoot customer service challenges and ensure timely corrective actions.
Manage the complete order lifecycle—including order entry, adjustments, and follow‑up—to ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery.
Partner with the sales team to identify and implement process improvements.
Monitor customer satisfaction, KPIs, and service level agreements to ensure service excellence.
Escalate customer concerns appropriately to ensure effective resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the CRM system.
