Position Summary: Brighter,Stronger Foundation is looking for mental health therapists to provide quality, individualized treatment to our growing clientele .

Requirements

LGPC/LCPC, LGFT/LCMFT, LMSW/LCSW-C/LCSW
Active Maryland license
Energetic and ambitious attitude
Access to high-speed internet
Excellent organization and time-management skills
Spanish speaking required
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
Effective communication skills with prescribing partners, clients, and others
Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly to maintain confidentiality
Effective time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to communicate with diplomacy, respect, and professionalism
Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality and Privacy Policies
Competent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work collaboratively with both senior clinical and non-clinical staff
Demonstrated skill in applying varied interventions with individuals/families in crisis
Working knowledge of family systems and their impact on mental health
Ability to provide necessary self-care and demonstrate appropriate professional boundaries and behavior
Awareness of personal strengths and limitations

Responsibilities

Provide quality clinical assessment and treatment, interventions and care based on established best practices and medical necessity guidelines
Complete diagnostic assessments and develop measurable treatment plans to meet needs and goals of clients
Complete diagnostic assessment tools that support and correspond with client’s clinical presentation
Complete client notes capturing each client session
Complete clinical documentation in compliance with payor standards
Maintain clear, up-to-date client records and communications in HIPAA compliant EHR
Provide culturally sensitive, client-centered care
Work collaboratively with members of BSF’s team
Provide community referral sources as required throughout care and at discharge
When relevant, coordinate care with prescriber, PCP, or other collaterals
Maintain a confidential and professional looking virtual office space
Remain in compliance with company policies and procedures
Maintain good standing with all licensing boards
Complete all required continuing education requirements for licensure and specializations
