About The Position

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, with over 500 Cricket stores. The company is seeking Bilingual Sales Advocates who will have unlimited earning capacity through lucrative commission plans. Mobilelink provides the necessary training and tools for success and offers a defined career path for upward mobility into leadership. Sales Advocates are responsible for serving customers by providing tailored solutions for their needs, representing the company and the Cricket brand with professionalism, assisting leaders with store operations and duties, and achieving sales goals and KPIs. Employees may also be required to participate in occasional outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.

Requirements

Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish required for this specific position).
Clear communication skills.
Attitude and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to the location.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
Strong Social Media presence preferred.

Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
Engage with customers, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown at such events.
