About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States with over 500 stores, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate. This role offers unlimited earning capacity through lucrative commission plans and provides comprehensive training and tools for success. Sales Advocates are responsible for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Requirements

Must be fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish.
Clear communication skills.
Attitude and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to the location.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
Strong Social Media presence preferred.

Represent the Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs.
Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
Engage with customers, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown at events.
