Bilingual Safety Coordinator (English / Spanish)

Works closely with the Safety Managers to continually increase safety awareness and attitude Assists with providing safety trainings Travels to various jobsites and conducts jobsite safety audits Ensures safety policies and procedures are OSHA/DOSH compliant Assists with conducting incident investigations and equipment inspections Conducts safety orientations for new employees and safety meetings for jobsites Provides support to the warehouse with safety equipment inspections and recertifications/calibrations of equipment. Adhere to the PRIME Safety Program, complying with safety regulations, procedures and safe work practices. Maintain a physical presence onsite and regularly visit jobsites to oversee progress and provide assistance to the project management team as needed. Performs other duties as requested; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) to support training, site communication, and safety compliance across crews
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid/CPR Certified
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standard
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments with changing conditions
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and observation abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Responsibilities
