About The Position

Mobilelink, the largest Cricket Wireless dealer with over 500 stores, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join as a Retail Store Manager (RSM). This role is pivotal in driving success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team to new heights within a fast-growing, dynamic company offering unlimited growth and earning potential. As an RSM, you will own the sales and operations of your store, leading by example, coaching your team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your responsibilities will range from managing inventory to launching new products and services, making you the central figure in your store's daily operations.

Requirements

1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
