About The Position

Mobilelink, the largest Cricket Wireless dealer with over 500 stores, is seeking a passionate and driven Bilingual Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead and inspire a team. This role is pivotal in driving success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team to new heights within a fast-growing, dynamic company that offers unlimited growth and earning potential. The manager will own the sales and operations of their store, driving business performance and team success by leading by example, coaching the team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory and rolling out new products and services, making the manager the heartbeat of the store.

Requirements

1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
