About The Position

Mobilelink, the largest Cricket Wireless dealer with over 500 stores, is seeking a passionate and driven Bilingual Retail Store Manager (RSM) to lead and inspire a team. This role is pivotal in driving success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving new heights in a fast-growing, dynamic company with unlimited growth and earning potential. The RSM will own the sales and operations of their store, leading by example, coaching the team, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities include managing inventory and rolling out new products and services, acting as the heartbeat of the store.

Requirements

1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment)
Must be fully bilingual in both English and Spanish.
A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams
Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards
A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
