About The Position
This is a flexible per diem role for a compassionate and skilled Spanish-speaking Registered Nurse (RN) to serve individuals with developmental disabilities across the Princeton and Burlington, NJ area. The position offers the opportunity to provide culturally competent care and gain exposure to multiple clinical environments. Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Active and valid Registered Nurse RN license
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- BLS Certification
- Experience in Acute Care, ICU, Behavioral Health, or similar settings
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Hands-on experience with clinical procedures such as catheterization
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with clinical standards
- Deliver culturally competent care to Spanish-speaking patients and families
- Perform clinical procedures, including catheterization and related care
- Assist with patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Work across diverse settings such as Acute Care, Behavioral Health, ICU, and community-based environments
- Accurately document patient care, including ICD coding when applicable
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
