About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Phone Operator to join our medical office in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a medical call center and be able to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year experience as a medical office phone operator or in a medical call center
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
Fluent in Spanish

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments
Schedule appointments and manage patient information in electronic medical records system
Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
