Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a Case Manager in a personal injury law firm
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Client-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Must speak Spanish

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Filevine software preferred but not required.
Must be willing to learn and commit to adaptability as we integrate advanced, cutting-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage client medical treatment plans
Draft and send Letters of Protection (LOPs)
Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns
Gather and organize client medical records and documentation
Liaise with medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties involved in the case
Prepare case files for attorney review and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Assist attorneys with case preparation and management
Schedule and coordinate client appointments, medical treatments, and other necessary meetings
Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients throughout their case
