Your days will be filled with joyful noise, engaging play, and meaningful therapy that makes a difference.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) SLP in the state of Texas.
  • Skilled in speech, language, and communication assessment and intervention.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and time management skills.
  • Positive, playful, team-oriented attitude with a growth mindset.
  • MUST BE WILLING TO SUPERVISE.
  • Must be bilingual - English and Spanish speaking

Nice To Haves

  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred but not required.
  • Experience with pediatrics is a plus—but a passion for helping kids is essential!

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Design and deliver individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique goals and personality.
  • Track progress and modify interventions to keep therapy fun, functional, and effective.
  • Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) when applicable.
  • Team up with other therapists, caregivers, and families to ensure therapy goals are reinforced at home and beyond.
  • Bring your ideas and insights to team meetings and collaborative planning.
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely notes and documentation in line with company policy and professional standards.
  • Ensure all practices align with applicable laws and best practice guidelines.
  • Stay up to date on the latest in pediatric speech-language pathology and evidence-based practices.
  • Participate in team training, continuing education, and quality assurance initiatives.
  • Help shape a culture of excellence, curiosity, and improvement.
