You’ll create individualized plans, deliver engaging therapy sessions, and partner closely with families and interdisciplinary teammates to help each child progress toward meaningful goals. Work setting: In-clinic pediatric therapy services at our clinic locations.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • California SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Experience providing pediatric speech therapy in a clinical setting
  • Strong clinical foundation in speech/language development and common pediatric disorders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with kids, families, and teammates
  • Organized, accountable, and able to manage a caseload efficiently
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice
  • MUST BE WILLING TO SUPERVISE.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric clients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and each child’s needs
  • Provide direct therapy to support: Speech sound production (articulation/phonology) Language comprehension and expression Social communication and functional communication skills
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
  • Track outcomes, document progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Coach parents/caregivers with practical strategies to support carryover at home
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development
  • Maintain timely documentation consistent with organizational and regulatory standards
