Do you have experience where you respond effectively and calmly in emergencies? Are you bilingual in English and Spanish? What You Get to Do: You are the first point of contact for our patients, providing friendly and efficient support. You’re an expert in our services and help patients with a wide range of questions, such as scheduling and rescheduling appointments, provider information, locations and program information. You will help answer billing questions and act as a personal guide to navigate our programs. You will collaborate with your team and other departments to find the best solutions for our patients. You will turn a patients' frustration into a moment of ease.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Attend a three-to-four-week training that is 40 hours a week

Responsibilities

  • Providing friendly and efficient support as the first point of contact for patients
  • Helping patients with questions such as scheduling and rescheduling appointments, provider information, locations and program information
  • Answering billing questions and acting as a personal guide to navigate programs
  • Collaborating with team and other departments to find the best solutions for patients
