You’re an expert in our services and help patients with a wide range of questions, such as scheduling and rescheduling appointments, provider information, locations and program information. You will help answer billing questions and act as a personal guide to navigate our programs. You will collaborate with your team and other departments to find the best solutions for our patients. You will turn a patients' frustration into a moment of ease.
