JOB SCOPE: The Patient Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the daily administrative and client access operations of the clinic. This role supports the intake process, prescribers/client scheduling, insurance verification, and front desk operations while ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and efficient support for clinical staff. The Patient Service Coordinator serves as a key liaison between clients, clinicians, administrative staff, and external providers to ensure timely access to services, accurate documentation, and efficient clinic workflow. Responsibilities also include some administrative office functions, and oversight of the Patient Service Representative.
