About The Position

As a Patient Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting patients and families throughout their care experience while helping the clinic run smoothly.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual Required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous healthcare or medical office experience preferred
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and create a positive, friendly first impression
  • Schedule appointments and help manage daily clinic flow
  • Answer patient questions by phone and in person
  • Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality
  • Communicate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care
  • Assist with patient copays and balances
  • Obtain Plans of Care from referring physicians when needed
