Position Summary: The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing operational tasks are completed in a timely manner according to client specifications. Location: Moreno Valley, CA 92555 Job Type: Full-time

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Must have minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or staffing industry
  • Must have customer service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to work at least one of the shifts below M-F 8:00am-5:00pm M-F 3:00pm-12:00am M-F 12:00am-9:00am Th-M 8:00am-5:00pm Th-M 2:00pm-11:00pm Th-M 11:00pm-8:00am

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leadership, management is preferred
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
  • Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices are followed
  • Provide feedback to temporary associates
  • Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
  • Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
  • Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
  • Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
