Responsibilities

  • Responsible for onsite operations at a strategic account (checking in talent on assignment, handling attendance and reporting, and generally being the account owner), typically present for onsites with 50-100+ talent working
  • Serves as the primary recruiter for the account (under 100 talent), in collaboration with the local branch if necessary
  • Maintains accurate system documentation
  • Oversee the employee hiring process to ensure we are meeting company and client guidelines
  • Obtains referrals from talent working at the onsite
  • Attends branch huddles (min. 1 in person) to engage with branch team
  • Builds multi level relationship with client contacts to ensure that the company has a strong network of influence
  • Provides account management, helps conduct quarterly business reviews, and ensures we meet and exceed client expectation (including demonstrating results each quarter that improve the client’s business)
  • Identifies opportunities for client expansion/growing our market share
  • Spearheads expanding and growing within the account
  • Conducts weekly checks to ensure compliance with client agreements (i.e., background checks, drug screens, I-9/E-Verify)
  • Proactively measure performance to ensure KPIs and goals are being met
  • Assist with hiring and training qualified internal team members in line with company and client guidelines
  • Assist with setting annual financial goals related to onsite
  • Assist in managing onsite collections as needed
  • Provides manager with weekly summary report
