Requirements

Bilingual in Spanish & English
Strong customer service and communication skills
Excellent phone etiquette
Strong computer skills (email, data entry, basic office software)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Reliable transportation
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and shift rotations
Staffing, recruiting, or on-site management experience
Outgoing, bubbly, and professional personality

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site employee check-ins at least three times per week
Provide on-site coverage for a minimum of two hours per visit
Rotate visits to support 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift employees
Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and client supervisors
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing employee support
Handle administrative duties, including documentation, reports, and employee files
Answer phones professionally and deliver excellent customer service
Address employee concerns, escalating issues when appropriate
Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance expectations
Represent the organization in a positive, professional, and friendly manner
