About The Position

The Part Time Bilingual Office Assistant is responsible for assisting with community activities and administrative tasks, providing customer service support, and works closely with the Community Portfolio Manager, Board of Directors, and Association committees. Work schedule: 24 - 25 hours a week Flexible schedule Candidate's choice: (3) 8-hour shifts between 9am-5pm, M-F (4) 5-hour shifts between 9am-5pm, M-F (5) 4-hour shifts between 9am-5pm, M-F

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years of office assistant experience
  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
  • Proactive, attention to detail, takes ownership and initiative.
  • Customer service driven and team oriented.
  • Ability to priority tasks, multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the corporate office in Chantilly, VA.
  • Manage phones and emails.
  • Research and respond to inquiries.
  • Manage all communications and correspondence to homeowners.
  • Mass email homeowners community updates and monthly board meetings.
  • Schedule maintenance and contractors on site.
  • Issue parking passes.
  • Assist in conducting inspections, on an as needed basis.
  • Visit onsite as needed.
  • Other duties as requested.
