Bilingual Nurse Case Manager – California (Fresno to Bakersfield Region)
About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Nurse Case Manager (Spanish/English) to support individuals with work-related injuries in California, specifically covering Fresno to Bakersfield (Kern, Tulare, King, Madera, and Fresno Counties). The ideal candidate will conduct consultative exams assessing both physical and psychological aspects without administering medical treatment. Our Nurse Case Managers work collaboratively with physicians, claims adjusters, and employers to facilitate evaluations, screenings, and case management for Insurance Carriers, TPAs, Public Entities, and Employers. This position is Monday through Friday with flexible hours (not set hours) and may require occasional travel of up to 5 hours as needed. This position offers a competitive starting salary between $100,000 and $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, and is bonus eligible on a monthly basis. Transportation reliability is essential.
Requirements
- Associate of Science degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher-level nursing degree.
- Active RN license in California.
- Proven clinical experience, ideally in ICU, ER, Trauma, Ortho, and/or Neurology.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Experience in Workers’ Compensation Nurse Case Management (required).
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel up to 5 hours on occasion.
Responsibilities
