Hybrid position What is the role: • Initial point of contact for clients by phone, text, and email • Establish immediate rapport and assess potential cases, determining whether to move forward • Promptly update case details in our systems (e.g., Filevine and Lead Docket) to ensure accurate, timely record-keeping • Gather and review documents, photos, and other pertinent case information to support the legal team’s review • Send and manage contingent fee agreements and client releases using our electronic platforms • Issue decline letters within one day for non-viable cases Compensation and Benefits package: $24-27 hr Comprehensive benefit package Medical, dental, and vision Paid Time Off (PTO) 401k with match
