The Bilingual Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for reviewing and processing loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness, collecting and verifying borrower documentation, preparing files for underwriting, and acting as the primary contact for borrowers throughout the process. This role involves partnering with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to facilitate smooth and timely loan closures.

Responsibilities

• Review and process loan applications to make sure all details are accurate and complete.
• Collect and verify borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, employment, title, appraisal, etc.).
• Prep files for underwriting and follow up to clear any conditions.
• Be the go-to person for borrowers during the process, keeping them informed and confident every step of the way.
• Partner with Loan Officers, Underwriters, and third parties to get loans to the finish line smoothly and on time.
