We’re looking for a passionate, service‑driven Bilingual Member Service Representative to help build meaningful, long‑lasting relationships with our members. As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be a trusted resource for members, providing timely, accurate, and friendly support across multiple channels. Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in call center or customer service
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Sense of urgency when resolving requests; knows when and how to escalate
  • Takes ownership and acts proactively to resolve member concerns
  • Creative thinker who can navigate unique situations while adhering to policies
  • Comfortable utilizing tools, systems, and resources to resolve complex inquiries

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding member service via phone and email
  • Answer general inquiries and perform account maintenance
  • Take ownership of member concerns, set clear expectations, and provide timely follow‑up and resolution
  • Research and resolve issues with urgency, partnering closely with your Supervisor or Lead
  • Meet and exceed key performance and service metrics
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional credit union products, services, and promotions, generating referrals that deepen member relationships
  • Maintain working knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, team‑oriented environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
