About The Position

Hudson Grove Property Management (HGPM) is seeking a part-time Bilingual Leasing Professional to join their team at Warren Club/Lakeridge Terrace Apartments in Denver, CO. This role focuses on building genuine connections with prospective residents, showcasing the community's value, and converting leads into leases. The position requires Saturday leasing and offers some flexibility during the week, averaging approximately 22-25 hours per week. Requirements

  • At least 3 months of leasing, customer service, or sales experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Above-average organization and verbal skills.
  • Excellent attendance record.
  • Eager to learn and follow local, state, and federal housing laws.
  • Communicate clearly, offer helpful solutions, and follow through to ensure each interaction reflects high standards and care for the resident experience.

Responsibilities

  • Build genuine and authentic connections with residents, maintaining a positive, professional relationship from the first tour to move-out.
  • Act as the first line of response to residents, communicating in an open, helpful, and engaging tone to find solutions for their housing needs.
  • Work with the Property Manager to resolve resident concerns.
  • Assist in preparing marketing reports.
  • Maintain resident files.
  • Increase effective listening skills, multitask, manage numerous relationships, and develop leadership skills by providing feedback, giving recognition, and asking thoughtful questions.
  • Fill in as needed at Warren Club/Lakeridge Terrace Apartments (145-units in Denver, CO).
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem resolution with a customer service focus.
  • Greet, assist, and lease apartments to all prospective residents who visit the community.
  • Walk show units to verify they are ready for tours.
  • Utilize self-tour and video tour options, and update leasing advertising websites as needed.
  • Report market survey reports as trained.
  • Be aware and engaged in the "Curb Appeal" of the property.
  • Actively continue education through the company's learning software.
  • Accept and complete required application information from prospective residents.
  • Create all lease documents and facilitate getting all parties to sign where required.
  • Perform varied tasks with a sense of urgency.
  • Prioritize tasks, presenting simple solutions to solve complex problems.
  • Engage in confident and professional communication with peers, management, team, and residents/guests.
