Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • 1+ year of experience in multifamily leasing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliability, organization, and a team-player mindset
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Workspace; Yardi & Rent Café a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide prospective residents in both English and Spanish
  • Conduct tours and explain leasing features with clarity and warmth
  • Complete applications and lease documents accurately and efficiently
  • Provide responsive and compassionate customer service to residents
  • Maintain organized leasing records and software entries (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
  • Contribute to a supportive, respectful community environment
