Requirements

• Bilingual: English + Spanish required
• 6+ months of leasing or strong customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable touring the property and staying active
• Strong communication and sales follow-up skills
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability
• Dependable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct tours of the community
• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish
• Lease available apartment homes and complete required paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service and assist with resident inquiries
• Handle phones, emails, and general administrative tasks
• Support weekend marketing efforts and community engagement
