About The Position

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Manager who can oversee leasing operations while supporting the daily functions of the community. In this role, you will: Lease apartments to maintain strong occupancy and contribute to revenue goals Manage rent collection, posting of rent, and issuance of late notices Assist with accepting move out notices, service requests, and resident transfer requests Support managerial duties and help ensure smooth daily operations Maintain confidentiality of all resident information and documentation Prepare reports, administrative paperwork, and required leasing documentation Assist in maintaining an active social media presence to increase visibility and generate traffic Support, coach, and help develop the Leasing Agent to strengthen leasing performance Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective renters Work collaboratively with the Property Manager and onsite team to support community success

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 Years previous experience as an Assistant Manager in the apartment industry with strong leasing experience
  • Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Professional demeanor, appearance, and work ethic
  • Flexible schedule – some weekends are required
  • Stable work history
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a REQUIRED
  • Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius of the property or be willing to relocate

  • Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred
