About The Position

Provides administrative support for the General Affairs Department. Assists with daily operations, coordination, and management support to ensure smooth office functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to occasionally lift and handle heavy files

Responsibilities

  • Support accounts payable and document management
  • Coordinate accommodations for guests and trainees
  • Assist with Japanese expatriate–related administrative matters
  • Handle important mail and communications with the parent company in Japan
  • Answer and route external phone calls
  • Support coordination of Board meetings and related administrative tasks
  • Translate documents between Japanese and English as needed
  • Ensure accuracy and continuous improvement in administrative processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
