About The Position

Port to Port International is seeking a Bilingual IT Support Specialist to support our Delaware operations. This position is responsible for providing technical support to end users, maintaining IT systems and infrastructure, and ensuring smooth day-to-day technology operations across multiple locations. This is a 100% onsite position based in New Castle, Delaware. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional work environment. Bilingual candidates only will be considered.

Requirements

Fluent in English and Spanish required (mandatory)
Minimum 2 years of IT support or help desk experience preferred
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory
Basic understanding of networking and IT infrastructure
Ability to work onsite full-time in New Castle, Delaware
Willingness to travel within the U.S. and occasionally internationally
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Organized and detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues
Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, phones, and peripherals
Manage and resolve support tickets through the service desk system
Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
Assist with Active Directory user management and access control
Support IT infrastructure including VMware, servers, networks, WiFi, and security systems
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and assets
Support system backups and basic IT security practices
