The Clinical Receptionist helps support clinic services. You will be the first friendly voice and face that patients see or hear. You help set the tone for their visit. In this important role, you will greet patients warmly, help them check in, schedule appointments, and make sure they feel welcome and cared for. You are a link between the clinic staff and the patients. You help patients feel heard, supported, and confident about their care. You will also do office tasks like making documents, organizing files, and scheduling appointments. This job reports to the Revenue Cycle Supervisor Front End whom reports to Revenue Cycle Director. Sometimes, you may need to work limited evening hours to help cover other clinic programs and check-in desks. This position is fully onsite; no remote working permitted.
