About The Position
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Bilingual Intake Coordinator to join our healthcare team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone interested in working in a medical office. Training will be provided. In this role, you will help welcome patients, schedule appointments, and assist with basic intake tasks to ensure patients have a smooth experience.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Healthcare or medical office experience is a plus but not required
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments using our electronic system
- Assist patients with intake and consent forms
- Answer patient questions and provide support
- Communicate with patients in English and Spanish
- Ensure accurate patient information is documented
