This role is for candidates who are bilingual and able to sell insurance in Spanish. Candidates will need to pass a certification assessment for our bilingual team following training. LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this role, candidates must be able to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance License during the licensing training timeframe. Candidates already possessing this license will also be considered. LICENSING TRAINING: Paid pre-licensing training is available for candidates unlicensed to sell P&C or Personal Lines Insurance and residing in select states. Due to state-specific scheduling constraints, candidates residing in Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Mississippi, North Carolina, or South Carolina are required to obtain their resident license independently prior to being considered for employment. ROLE OVERVIEW Personal Insurance Auto and Home Agents will be responsible for: Providing comprehensive insurance solutions Evaluating risk Confidently asking for the sale while overcoming objections WORK SCHEDULE This role can have a Hybrid or Remote work schedule. Candidates who live near one of our office locations (Hartford, CT | San Antonio, TX) will have the expectation of working in an office 3 days a week (Tuesday through Thursday). Candidates who do not live near an office will have a remote work schedule, with the expectation of coming into an office as business needs arise. Training Program: Unlicensed Start Date: 3/23/2026 Duration: 16 weeks (apx. End date is 6/26) Please note that time off during training is not accommodated. Licensed Start Date: 4/6/2026 Duration: 14 weeks (apx. End date is 6/26) Please note that time off during training is not accommodated. Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9:30-6 pm Eastern Post-Training Hours: Mon-Fri 11:30-8 pm local , with every other Sat 9:30-6 pm Eastern . You will have Wed off the weeks you work Sat. After Joining Bilingual Team: Once you successfully complete training and pass certification to join our bilingual team, your schedule will transition to Mon-Fri 11:30-8 pm Eastern with no weekends. To ensure consistency and meet business requirements, schedules are fixed for at least the first year of employment. After this period, opportunities for schedule adjustments may be considered based on business needs and operational priorities. COMPENSATION The hourly rate for this position is $23. We are a metric driven, pay-for-performance, award-winning sales organization. There is potential to earn lucrative rewards , including monthly, quarterly, and annual pay-outs along with sales incentives and contests. Average monthly earnings are $500+, with top monthly earners exceeding $2000. A 10% differential is available for bilingual (Spanish-English), post-certification.
