Pay: $65,000 - $120,000 per year (based on performance)
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work with variable hours - weekend availability is required

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
• Must have basic HVAC tools, including:
• Torch kit
• Vacuum pump
• Leak detector
• Wet vac
• Refrigerant scale
• Must speak fluent English and Spanish
