Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
- Must have basic HVAC tools, including: Torch kit Vacuum pump Leak detector Wet vac Refrigerant scale
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish
