About The Position

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist (English/Spanish) to support day -to -day human resources operations in a fast -paced, onsite environment. This role will partner closely with leadership and employees, providing comprehensive HR support across multiple functions while ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
  • 3–5 years of HR Generalist experience
  • College degree preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
  • High level of experience working with HR metrics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Ability to produce complex written materials
  • Dependable attendance and reliability
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to evolving processes
  • Experience with UKG/ Kronos preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations, HR policies, and procedures
  • Support all core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and employee lifecycle activities
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, including EEO, FMLA, and LOA
  • Track, analyze, and report on HR metrics to support leadership decision -making
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
  • Prepare and review complex written communications, reports, and correspondence
  • Collaborate cross -functionally to improve HR processes and initiatives
  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting short deadlines in a fast -paced environment
