Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare Administration
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to engage key decision-makers and build strong relationships
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Goal-driven with a track record of exceeding expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid driver’s license required

Nice To Haves

• Prior sales, marketing, or healthcare experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned territory, including hospitals, clinics, and referral sources
• Build strong relationships with physicians, case managers, and social workers
• Drive brand awareness through networking, community events, and in-services
• Educate caregivers and patients on services and care coordination options
• Track referral data and achieve monthly goals
• Travel up to 20%
